We care about Your privacy. That is why we present you the rules that will guide us as the administrator of your personal data. This information has been prepared taking into account the GDPR.
1. The terms used in this Privacy Policy mean:

2. The Lessor – Zamorski BY THE SEA Anna Zamorska based in Sopot (81-735) at ul. Władysława Łokietka 37, entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity kept by the Minister of Development and Finance under the NIP numbers 5851033634 and REGON numbers 220976564; telephone: +48 884 683 888; e-mail address: hello@zamorskibythesea.com and office@zamorskibythesea.com.
3. Agreement – an agreement between the Client and the Lessor for the provision of hotel services in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997 on hotel services and services of tour leaders and tourist guides – consolidated text: Journal of Laws No. 2020 item 2211
4. Object – real estate located in Sopot, at Władysława Łokietka 37 Street, where the services specified in the Agreement are provided
5. Guest – a natural person who uses the hotel services provided in the Facility.
6. Client – an entity (a natural person, legal person or other organizational unit) using the hotel services provided at the Facility under the Agreement. The provisions of the Privacy Policy relating to the Guest shall apply accordingly to a natural person using the services provided at the Facility on the basis of and under the Agreement.
7. Website – a website operated by the Lessor at https://zamorskibythesea.com that allows for obtaining information and booking hotel services provided in the Facility
8. GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on the protection of data)
2. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Guests and Customers in connection with the use of the Lessor’s services.
3. The Lessor is the administrator of the personal data of Guests and, respectively, Customers.
4. As a personal data administrator, we will collect and process data such as:
1. First name and last name,
2. Address,
3. PESEL number,
4. ID number or other identity document number,
5. Phone number,
6. Electronic mail (e-mail) address.
5. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer.
6. Providing personal data and presenting an identity document at check-in is voluntary, however, failure to do so makes it impossible to perform the Agreement. Such a circumstance will be treated as a cancellation of the booking by the Client and, respectively, the Guest.
7. Personal data obtained in connection with the concluded Agreement will be processed during the period of limitation of tax claims and / or civil law claims, depending on which of these events occurs later and obtained on the basis of consent for marketing purposes – for the period of validity of the consent for marketing purposes and / or profiling.
8. The Administrator processes the personal data provided by Customers and, respectively, Guests, voluntarily in order to:
1. accepting reservations;
2. responding to inquiries from guests and, respectively, customers;
3. marketing, including sending commercial information to the e-mail address, if the Guest and, respectively, the Customer have agreed to it. The consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes and sending commercial information may be withdrawn at any time by clicking the appropriate link in the message received;
4. the provision of services provided by the Administrator of personal data pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b) GDPR, including the implementation of the legitimate interest of the Personal Data Administrator in special cases pursuant to Art.6 par. 1 lit. f) GDPR, e.g. debt collection or video traffic monitoring in the Facility,
5. fulfillment of the legal obligations incumbent on the Personal Data Administrator pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c) GDPR (e.g. related to accounting)
9. The recipients of personal data may be bodies, institutions and entities authorized under the law, as well as entities providing services to the Data Administrator (e.g. legal, IT, marketing, accounting services and other entities involved in the implementation of the ordered service or loss adjustment).
10. The administrator does not intend to transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.
11. The User has the right to request from the Administrator:
1. access to your personal data
2. request information from him regarding the purpose, scope, manner and forms of such processing.
3. rectification of personal data,
4. deletion or limitation of data processing,
5. transferring data to another data administrator.
12. The above-mentioned rights are exercised by submitting at any time an appropriate request to the Personal Data Administrator to the following contact address: office@zamorskibythesea.com.
13. The Privacy Policy is available for viewing on the Website and in the generally accessible parts of the Facility. The content of the Privacy Policy may be recorded by the Customer by printing it, saving it on a carrier or downloading it from the Website at any time.
14. The Lessor reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy. The change is effective from the moment of publishing the amended Privacy Policy on the Website and making it available for viewing in the publicly accessible parts of the Facility.
15. The Guest and the Customer, respectively, also have the right to object to the processing and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, which is Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
