Double with accessible bathroom, designed to meet needs of Guests with mobility difficulties.
The spacious room is located on the ground floor, right at the entrance to the building, which allows easy access from the street and the parking lot through a specially profiled sidewalk.
The bathroom is fully adapted to the needs of people with mobility difficulties and is equipped with:
- an elongated toilet bowl with a dedicated seat, which makes it easier to access from a wheelchair or a walking frame,
- a wide, shallow wash basin with handles and a tilting mirror,
- shower seat,
- grab rails,
In addition, a specially designed wardrobe allows for independent use. The 17 m2 room has underfloor heating and is equipped with a double bed or two separate beds on request. Electronic locks enable contactless check-in. High, wooden windows with triple glazing provide plenty of light and silence at the same time. In the spring, the magnolia blooms behind them.

The building
The house was built in 2021 with the use of modern building techniques for hotels and with care for the environment (e.g. we obtain rainwater for watering the garden). Highly insulating doors and walls ensure privacy and silence. The place is nice and cool in summer, cosy and warm in winter.Excellent location
We are close to the sea, within walking distance from the pier and Sopot Centre, and between Gdańsk and Gdynia.- 5 minutes - to Sopot Common - a few hectares of green recreational area
- 10 minutes - to the beach and a guarded bathing area
- 10 minutes - to Ergo Arena, hippodrome, restaurants, local market
- 10 minutes - to SKM (Fast Urban Rail) station that will take you in 16 minutes to Gdynia and in 20 minutes to Gdańsk.
- 25 minutes - to the pier in Sopot, the centre of Sopot and Bohaterów Monte Cassino Street with restaurants, cafes, pubs and nightclubs.
- 25 minutes by taxi to Gdansk Lech Walesa Airport.
